First and foremost, I am a family man to my wife and 3 daughters.  I come from a family of teachers, including both of my parents and wife- which is why I know the importance of a strong educational foundation, and the significance of developing oneself and others altruistically on a continuous basis.

 

I also enjoy being an active participant in my community.  I share some time between several committees in town including an elementary school COVID-19 reopening committee and I sit as the HR Chairperson of the General Session at my church.

Professionally, I find that my background in project management and my experience developing and coaching others for success transcend into  every facet of business. I use a philosophy grounded in organizational processes that enables maximum motivation of employees which unlocks people to reach their highest levels of achievement.
